Debbie Ellisen is a founder, CEO, and executive coach who helps leaders and teams cut through complexity to drive execution. She's worked with hundreds of organizations — from startups to Fortune 100 companies — helping CEOs and executive teams realign around strategy and change the behaviors that matter.
Clients value her operational experience, no-holds-barred candor, and ability to turn difficult conversations into real results. Before coaching, Debbie spent 20 years leading teams in early-stage and large-scale tech companies, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to deliver under pressure.

Debbie holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from UC Berkeley.

Stephanie Usry is a founder, executive coach, and operator who helps leaders and teams turn ambition into execution. She has partnered with hundreds of founders, VC’s, and executive teams at high-growth companies to navigate rapid change, organizational scale, and high-stakes decisions. She coaches leaders to operate with clarity and candor, align their teams, and execute with confidence.
Before founding Clutch, Stephanie spent over a decade building and leading product, operations, and people teams inside fast-growing technology companies. That operational experience shapes how she coaches today.

Stephanie studied and published research on the Social Dynamics of Innovation at UC San Diego. She has her advanced coaching certification, PCC, and is certified in Team and Organizational Coaching.
